The measurement refers to the inside diameter of the ring. If the ring falls between two sizes, order the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

• We provide a 1 month off-site limited warranty for all our products from the date you receive the items.

• The 1 month warranty applies only to the manufacturing defects.
• The 1 month warranty does not cover wear and tear usage or improper care.

1. Should you fins any manufacturing defect, kindly send us an email with 2 close up image of the defect and 1 full image of the item.
2. Kindly allow us 5-7 working days to reply to the defect issues. 
3. If we determine that the product is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or if the deemed appropriate, replace an item.

However, if we determine that it is not caused by manufacturing defect but due to wear and tear, we will repair it at the flat service fee of $35 excluding return postage fees to us.

• The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from the everyday wear or from other damage.

• The discolouration of precious metals caused by chemical such as perfume, soap, makeup, or Excessive sweat from exercising, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.

• Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.

Repairs will take approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage and availability of the spare parts.

• Customers with Singapore addresses only need to pay for the postage to us; we will take care of the return postage.
